AMENDMENT TO CITY ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS OF THE
CITY OF OCOEE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE
Section 1. Be amended to read as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Ocoee shall receive free water
from the City's mains, or the equivalent of water rent
in cash at prevailing minimum rates per month.
Section 2. Be amended to read as follows:
The Councilmen of the City of Ocoee shall receive free
water from the City's Mains, or the equivalent of water
rent in cash at prevailing minimum rates per month.
Section 3. The Clerk shall receive as compensation for his
services as Clerk, Treasurer and Assessor of the City of

Ocoee the sum of Thirty F~e Dollars per month, and shall
receive free water from the City's mains, or the equi.valent
of water rent in cash at prevailing minimum rates per month.
Section 4. Be ammended to read as follows: The~~;~f} of the City
of Ocoee shall receive a'\'comepensation of ~y Dollars per
month for his services as Marshal and Waterworks Man. and
shall receive free water from the City's mains, or the equiv-
alent of water rept in cash at prevailing minimum rates per

Section 5. an addition to ordinance number four (4). Provided, that
if any officer of the city of Ocoee absent themselves from two

AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 1JLJMBER FOUR (4)
regular meetings in succession, of the Council of the
City of Ocoee, without just cause, they shall be deprived
of this compensation.
Section b. This Ordinance will take effect immediately upon
adoption by City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Adopted this 19th day of March 1945.
