MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION
HELD MARCH 1, 1979
Mayor Breeze called the Special Meeting to order at 5:07 P.M. Present
were Commissioners Lyle, Stinnett, Whitehead and Crawford; City Manager,
Vignetti; City Attorney, Rhodes and Deputy Clerk, Fannin.
City Manager explained the purpose of the meeting was to request auth-
orization for Attorney Norman Burke to go to the Federal Court and seek
an injunction to stop proceedings on the Dassdorf Case, if Orange County
does not agree to the contents of Attorney Burke's letter dated 26 Feb-
ruary 79. Comm. Lyle moved to authorize said request, seconded by Comm.
Crawford. Unanimous.
City Manager requested authorization for Attorney Norman Burke to seek
a review of the Public Employees Relation Commission's order, letter
dated l3February 79 with the Fourth District Court of Appeals. Comm.
Stinnett moved to authorize said request, seconded by Comm. Whitehead.
Unanimous.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20 P. M.
