NOTICE OF ANNEXATION ELECTION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that an election will be held on the 29th day
of September, 1971, from the hour of 7:00 o'clock A. M. to the hour of 7:00
0' clock P. M., for the purpose of approving or disapproving the annexation
into the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, of the territory
hereinafter described, in accordance with the terms of Ordinance No. 534
of said City
The polling places shall be located at the City Hall Building in the City
of Ocoee, Florida, and at the intersection of State Road 8-435 and State
Road 438
The persons entitled to vote at said election shall be all qualified voters
of the City of Ocoee, Florida, who have registered on or before the 18th
day of September, 1971, and all persons residing within the territory to be
included within the proposed extension of the territorial boundaries of said
City who are over the age of twenty- one years at the time of such election,
have resided continuously in the State of Florida for one year, and have reg-
istered for such election at the City Hall in the City of Ocoee, Florida, on or
before the lSth day of September, 1971.
The property to be included within the proposed extension of the
territorial boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, is described as follows:
The existing right-of-way of State Road No. S-435 (Apopka-
Vineland Road) from State Road No. 438 North to "McCormick
Road, " lying within 30. 00 feet either side of and perpendicular to
the following described line:
Begin at the center line intersection of State Road No. S- 435 and
State Road 438 on the West line of the East one-half (Et) of the
Northeast quarter (NEt) of Section 15, Township 22 South, Range
28 East, run thence North 0052'30" East 1322.24 feet to the North-
west corner of the Northeast quarter (NEt) of the Northeast quarter
(NEt) of Section 15, Township 22 South, Range 28 East, thence
North 0058'00" East 2659.87 feet, thence North 0057'00" East
2663. 82 feet to the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter (NEt)
of the Northeast quarter (NEt) of Section 10, Township 22 South,
Range 28 East, thence North 1000'00" East 1320.45 feet, thence
North 0057'00" East 1324.20 feet to the Northwest corner of the
Northeast quarter (NEt) of the Southeast quarter (SEt) of Section
3, Township 22 South, Range 28 East, thence North 1007'30" East

West and having a radius of 275.24 feet, thence Northerly and
Westerly along the arc of said curve 333. 95 feet thru a central angle
of 69031'00", thence North 33038'00" West 50.39 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave to the Northeast and having a radius of 552.62 feet,
thence Northerly along the arc of said curve 335.64 feet thru a central
angle of 34048'00", thence North 1010'00" East 751. 95 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave to the West and having a radius of 723. 82
feet, thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve 551. 96 feet thru

to the beginning of a curve concave to the East and having a radius of
710.10 feet, thence Northerly along the arc of said curve 371. 50 feet

feet to the center line intersection of the Clarcona- Ocoee Road, thence
North 12030' 00" West 1173. 23 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to
the East and having a radius of 742.90 feet, thence Northerly along the
arc of said curve 171.90 feet thru a central angle of 13015'30", thence
North 0045'30" East 1067.32 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to
the East and having a radius of 3773,67 feet, thence Northerly along the
arc of said curve 324.91 feet thru a central angle of 4056'00", thence
North 5041'30" East 518.68 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to
the East and having a radius of 2555.21 feet, thence North and Easterly
along the arc of said curve 214.82 feet thru a central angle of 4049'00"
to the center line intersection of "McCormick Road, " thence North
10030'30" East 30.48 feet more or less to the extension of the North
right-of-way of "McCormick Road" and the terminus.
