RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND The City of
Ocoee

WHEREAS, Ocoee City Commission , deems 1t 1n the public
(Public Body)
interest to prov1de for the operation of certain traffic signals on the
State Highway System with1n City of Ocoee . and to enter
(Jurisd1ction) .
.into the attached agreement w1th the State of Flor1da. Department of
Tl'ansportation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
1. That Ocoee City Commission concurs in the prov1s1ons
(Public Body)
of that certain agreement attached hereto. pertaining to the design, 1nstalla-
tion, operation and maintenance of a traffic s1gna1 instal1at10n decribed 1n
Exhibit "A" to that agreement.
