ASS1'11E THE RESPONSIBILITY OF :MAL~CE FOR ITS SHA..PE OF A CROSS- ING AND HAILROAD SIGNAL INSTAllATION AT THE soum EN- TRANCE TO 'mE FOREST OAKS SUBDIVISION, NORTH OF A. D. MIMS :ROAD 1,036 FEEl' AT MILE POST AU'3-836 (K-28); AND PROVIDING FOR TIIE RESCISION OF RESOLUI'ION 84-2. e vJHERF.AS, the Board of City Comnissioners of the City of Ocof'~, Florida has determined that a need to construct a grade crossing of the Sea1:x:>ard System Railroad; and WlTh'REAS, in order for the Florida Department of Transportation to process any IDrk on the proposed crossing; and ~JHEREAS, before an application can be corrpleted with the Depart:rrent of Transportation that this resolution be adopted. NOW, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of City Comnissioners of the City of Ocoee, Floirda, that; 1. The Board of City Comnissioners of the City of Ocoee, Florida, aSStJlIleS the responsibility for their armual share for the rraintenance of a pro posed Railroad Crossing and Railroad Signal installation at the South entrance to Forest Oaks Subdivision. 2. This resolution shall take effect :i.rrIrediately upon adoption. 3. Resolution No. 84-2, is hereby rescinded.
