learned that this sewerage treatment facility could have negative
impact upon the lives of the citizens of Ocoee, as well as the
..,. future citizens of Ocoee inasmuchas there is a reported undergroun•
lateral drainage /run -off problem in this area that could cause

located less than 1,500 feet from this proposed sewerage treatment
site; and,
WHEREAS, in addition to this potential health hazard
that this proposed sewerage treatment site presents, there is

municipalities within the County.

CITY COMMISSIONERS
That we do hereby formally protest the County's intended
construction of a sewerage treatment facility adjacent to this

to water plants, homes, and recreational areas, as delineated abov :,

County select a more suitable site, that has less potential of
problems for all concerned.
