AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE. FLORIDA.
TO AMEND THE 1979 CITY OF OCOEE COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN. PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 1~3.31a7.
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE TO THE FUTURE LAND USE
ELEMENT AND GENERALIZED FUTURE LAND USE MAP,
PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CITY CLERK, AND
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS. the 1979 City o~ Ocoee Co.prehenaive Plan .ay
be a.ended ~ro. ti.e to ti.e to acco.odate changing growth
patterns as provided in Florida Statute 163.3184; and

WHEREAS_ the City Co..ission o~ the City o~ Dcoee has
considered reco..endations o~ its Local Planning Agency to
make changes to the Co.prehensive Plan while preserving its
internal conaistency and .aintaining co.pliance with Florida
State Statutes; and
WHEREAS_ the City Co..ission o~ the City o~ Ocoee has
made ~indings o~ zact that all public .eetings. hearings. and
notizications have been acco.plished in accordance with
applicable Florida State Statutea; and
WHEREAS_ the City Com.is.ion oz the City oz Dcose has
reviewed all available in~or.ation including public. private.
and govern>>ental co.>>ents pertaining to the proposed change
to its 1979 Co.prehensive Plan.
NOW_ THEREFORE_ 8E IT ENACTED 8Y THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OCOEE. FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That. purauant to authority granted by
Florida Statute 163.31B7. the zollowing described parcel<a)
