AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE. FLORIDA.
TO AMEND THE 1979 CITY OF OCOEE COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN. PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 1&3.3187.
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE TO THE FUTURE LAND USE
ELEMENT AND GENERALIZED FUTURE LAND USE MAP,
PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CITY CLERKa AND
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS. the 1979 City 0% Ocoee Coaprehenaive Plan may
be amended %roa tiae to tiae to accoaodate changing growth
patterna aa provided in Florida Statute 163.3184; and

WHEREAS. the City Coaaission 0% the City 0% Dcoee haa
considered recoa.endations 0% ita Local Planning Agency to
make changes to the Comprehensive Plan while preaerving ita
internal consistency and maintaining coapliance with Florida
State Statutes; and
WHEREAS. the City Commission 0% the City 0% Ocoee haa
made %indings 0% %act that all public meetings. hearings. and
noti%icationa have been accomplished in accordance with
applicable Florida State Statutes; and
WHEREAS. the City Coamiasion 0% the City of Ocoee haa
reviewed all available in~oraation including public. private.
and governmental comaents pertaining to the proposed change
to its 1979 Coaprehensive Plan.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OCOEE. FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That. pursuant to authority granted by
Florida Statute 163.3187. the %ollowing described parcel(a)
shall henceforth be classified on the official Generalized
Land Use Map of the City of Dcose as indicated below. in
accordance with the definitions of the Future Land Use
Element 0% the 1979 Comprehensive Plan:
