The CACOPD voted for Officer of the 3rd Quarter on Thursday, October 22, 2009.
CACOPD selected Lieutenant Brad Dreasher as Officer of the 3rd Quarter for the
following reasons:
. His tactical leadership during a robbery where 3 violent suspects were
apprehended and gathering information that led to the take down of a violent
street gang.
. Proj ect manager for the Red Light Running Cameras (generated $125,000.00 for
the city thus far) and his involvement with other grants.
. His involvement in the move of the police department to include moving truck
loads of furniture, scrubbing walls and desks and even laying carpet when a 20
foot section was damaged.
. Completing the above while staying on top of his administrative staff duties.
