Home My WebLink About2010-004 Change to Exhibit "A" Parks and Recreation Fee Schedule RESOLUTION NO. 2010-004 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2007-006 PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN EXHIBIT "A" PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee adopted Resolution 2007-006; setting a fee schedule for Parks and Recreation programs and activities; and WHEREAS, the City Commission believes it is in the best interest of the city to amend Exhibit "A" in the Section entitled "Swimming Pool." NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Authoritv. The City Commission of the City of Ocoee has the authority to adopt this Resolution pursuant to Article II, Section C-8(X) of the City Charter of the City of Ocoee. SECTION 2: Parks and Recreation Fees and Chare:es The City adopts and approves the Parks and Recreation Fees and Charges schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" entitled "Swimming Pool" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. SECTION 3. Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion hereto. 5 SECTION 6. Participants in any Youth Sport Partnership (Little League, Pop Warner Football, Ocoee Youth Soccer Association, and All-Stars Soccer) shall be required to pay a fee for each participant residing outside the Ocoee city limits.
