MEMBERS PRESENT: H. M. Bowness, Ed Brooklyn, W. H. Wurst,
Jerry Kennedy, B. E. Stovall, Building Inspector Clark

Meeting was called to order at 7:32 P.M. by Chairman H. M.
Bowness. W.H. Wurst made motion to accept the minutes of
last meetings. Jerry Kennedy seconded and motion was carried.
Chairman Bowness asked if there was any business about the
Ellis property that Cliff Freeman was asking zoning for.
There was a discussion about the fact that Cliff Freeman
had already gone before the City Council so the Planning
and Zoning Board was no longer involved.
There was a discussion on the Farmer property. No one has
made formal application for re- zoning or anything definite.
W. H. Wurst stated that they would have to wait for some
concrete writing on that matter.
Willard Maddox came before board requesting that any changes
made in ordinances should be sent to people who already
owned ordinance copies.
H. M. Bowness asked if there was any further business. No
further business so W. H. Wurst made motion to adjourn.
Seconded by Ed. Brooklyn. Meeting adjourned at $:05 P.M.
