HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ 04-11-1972 MINUTES OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING April 11, 1972 MEMBERS PRESENT: Ed Brooklyn, Carmon Hamby, H. M. Bowness, W. H. Wurst. Meeting was called to order by H. M. Bowness at 7:37, Mr. Hamby seconded the motion and was carried. FIRST ON THE AGENDA: W. H. Wurst made the motion to recon- mend to the City Council that subject property be annexed in to the City for Motel and other related businesses. H.M. Bowness seconded the motion and was carried. Legal description 1. The Ni of the SE* of the SW* (less 1.96 chains of the south side) of section 20, Twp, 22S, Range 28E, Orange County, Florida. 2. Begin 7.78 chains N of the SW corner of the SE4 of the SW *, run N 4.18 chains, E 20 chains, S4.18 chains, W 20 chains to point of beginning, all lying in Sec. 20, Twp, 22S, R 28E, according to PROC of Florida and futher identified on the Orange County, Florida Tax Assessors roll as partial #20 in Sec20, Twp, 22S, R 28E, H. M. Bowness make the motion to rezone Ocoee Hills from R -1AA to R -1A. Seconded by W. H. Wurst and carried. Ed Brooklyn made the motion: that the Zoning Board send a letter to the City Council to annex the E side of Adair and Wrust Rd. for Sewer use as recommended, with the understand- ing we zone the plan to R -1A, with 1200 sq.ft.inall homes. Carmon Hamby seconded the motion and was carried. H. M. Bowness made the motion to recommend to the City Council the B. L. Adams property be annexed in to the City. Carmon Hamby seconded the motion and was carried. Legal description Begin 1547.4 ft W of the SE corner of section 19, township 22S, range 28E, run W 439.3 ft to the center line of a drainage ditch, Thence N41'25 min E 666.7 ft along center line of said ditch, Thence S 0' 12 min E 499.98 ft to the point of beginning. (less the S ?5 ft., which has been used for State Hwy 50.) continuing 1.821 acres exclusive road right -of -way. Mr. Hamby made the motion to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Brooklyn.
