Stovell, Jerry Kennedy Ed Brooklyn, Carman Hamby Meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Jerry Kennedy at 7s09. B. E. Stovell made the motion the Board send a Letter of commitment to the City Council to change said property form A -1 to R -3. Located at the corner of Orland Ave. and Chicago Streets. Glen Thomas seconded the motion and was carried. Legal discriptioni Lots # 1.2.3. and 4 lying in the SE4 of the NW4 of Section 20, Township 22 South, Range 28 East, in the City of Ocoee, Orange County, Florida. Carmon Hamby made the suggestion to extend the letter from Lawyer John W. Rodgers from August 8 meeting until August 22nd. There will be a work session August 17, 1972 at 7 :00 P. M. Jerry Kennedy made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Stovell. Motion carried and adjourned at 8 :32 P. M. Respectively Submitted, Helen M. I respectfully request that it be set over to the next regular meeting which I understand is on August 22, 1972 at 7:00 p.m. The reason for this request is I, in all probability, will be out of the County on Tuesday, August 8, 1972 trying a case in LaBelle, Florida. I would appreciate any consideration you can give us on this matter. I will be out of town when this letter is received by you so that I A,ould appreciate your contacting Bob Davis at 656 -2211 and advise him of your decision in this matter regarding the continuance of this hearing.
