Meeting called to order by H. M. Bowness. Glenn Thomas
made motion to dispurse with minutes. Seconded by Ed
Brooklyn. Motion carried unanimously.
First on agenda:
Adjustment board discussed. `_- - -` Kennedy said Ted had
names and was supposed to follow up on them. Bill
Breeze said he was contacted. Bill Breeze,Mard Hager,
Glenn Thomas, James Meeks, Jerry Kennedy are to be
presented before council as their reccommendation for
adjustment board. Mr. Bowness told Mr. Pedd'ick that as
soon as board went through council, his case would be hr
brought before it.
Mr. and Mrs. Crosly brought a petition to put a temp-
i. orary, mobile home on their lot(North 467.79 qt. of the
East 468 F Seegar Subdivision)m until their permanent
home is built. Zoned R -1. Jerry Kennedy read from
zoning ordinance regulations on mobile homes. It has
to have building permit for more permanent dwelling.
Glenn Thomas reccommended the Croslys apply for temp-
orary permit after getting building permit on plans
for building, with an option to renew after 120 days.
H. M. Bowness told Croslys that a temporary permit
would be given upon presaptation of building permit
and an option to renew permit in 120 days.
Bill Breeze presented program for William -Poole Mobile
Park. He asked for annexation and re- zoning con - currently.
Annexation to include zoning for overnight facilities and
sewage disposal section to be nine -hole golf course. Mr.
Williams will donate over 2 acres to cematary of Ocoee.
Board discussed plans thoroughly with Mr. Breeze.
Ed Brooklyn made motion to reccommend to city that Ocoee
annex the land with its approved zoning. Glenn Thomas
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimuusly.
Breeze left plans with board.
H. M. Bowness brought up Maynard Byrd's petition to put
greenhouse on property on Cardinal Street before board.
Public hearing will be September 2$.
Planning and Zoning Board has approved allpiplans by
Twin Lake Development. They have met all required
stipulations set by board.
Motion to adjourn by Jerry Kennedy. Seconded by
Glenn Thomas.
