t o MEMBERS PRESENT: N.M. Bowness, Ed Brooklyn, B. Stovall, L.R. f^cRohert,
Ray Lai_t, and Glen Thomas.
ABSENT: NONE.
The meeting was called to order by Mr. Bowness at 7:05 P.M.
1. mr.Hrnoklyn made the motion for a puhlic hearing to be held on
July 24, 1973 for the rezoning of H.A. Ross' property which he
wants rezoned from C -1 to R -3. Mr. Thomas seconded the motion.
No nays. motion carried.
2. Ron Cowan, purchaser of Dick and team's Sub Shop requested a
signature of the Zoning Commission for transfer of the Beer
li_crense to his name. As chairman, Mr. Bowness signed the
t ft Certificate of Zoning Approval for the license transfer.
3. Thomas "utler requested permission to out in a five foot chain link
fence,with part of it color weave, around his yard. His yard is
_.bordered hy 2 main streets that have a stop sign at the corner.
'r. ! recommended that the council give a permit for a five
foot fence with proper setbacks. L.R. mcRobert seconded the motion.
No Nays. motion carried.
