PRESENT: BOWNESS, BROOKLYN, CARTER, KENNEDY, LAIT, McROBERT, TIMBES
ABSENT: HALL, THOMAS
MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:30 P. M. BY CHAIRMAN BOWNESS.
I. West Orange Girls Club -As Board had requested last meeting, Mr. Carl Crosslin
brought in a copy of the lease agreement with FMC as well as a letter from FMC stat-
ing there would be no objection to the Girls Club putting anything they wanted to
on the property they are leasing. Mr. Lait moved to recommend to Commission that
the West Orange Girls Club be allowed to have three trailers on the property as
requested with the provision that they must come before the Board each year to
renew permission. Seconded by Mr. Kennedy. Unanimous.
II. Marc Hall, DVM, came before Board to voice his opinion re: Petition 77 -6
(Breeze). Dr. Hall stated he is against rezoning of both parcels because of
proximity to his property. He is not against rezoning Lot 1 as shown on diagram
accompanying petition nor to the cabinet shop, but only to the unknown factor if
the large portion is rezoned with no specific business in evidence. He bought his
property in good faith expecting surrounding area to remain commercial.
Mr. Kennedy moved to accept the Zoning Board minutes of 13 September 77 meeting.
Seconded by Mr. Carter. Unanimous.
Meeting adjourned at 8:26 P. M.
Respectfully submitted,
Depu Clerk
