H. M. Bowness, Chairman
City. of Ocoee Planning and Zoning Commission
Ocoee, FL 32761
Dear Mr. Bowness:
The City Commission is initiating a zoning amendment in accor-
dance with Section 6 Paragraph 1(A) Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Ocoee.
The area under consideration is Jay and Cardinal Streets
bounded on the north by Flewellyn Avenue and on the south by Center
Street.
The zoning classification of the described area, which is
built -out except for 3 lots, appears to be inconsistent with the
homes which have existed there for some time. It is doubtful that
any structure in the area complies with the R1AAA classification.
Complaints have arisen because the situation virtually precludes use
of the remaining vacant lots.

The City Commission requests you study the situation and make
an appropriate recommendation.
Sincerely,
John L. gnetti
