HELD MAY 22, 1979
�-- Present: McRobert, Lait, Busch, Hager, Thomas
Absent: Carter, Brooklyn, Rodgers
Also present in the audience were (14) interested citizens.
Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 7:47 P. M. by Mr. McRobert, Acting
Chairman.
Minutes Accepted
Mr. Lait moved to accept minutes of the regular meeting of the
Planning and Zoning Board held May 8, 1979. Mr. Hager seconded.
Vote unanimous.
Petition 79 -5, Rezone Cardinal and Jay St.
Mr. Thomas moved to recommend to Council to accept Petition 79 -5
as written to rezone Lakeview 4th Addition (lots 1 -9, Blk A & lots
1 -10, Blk B) and Lakeview 5th Addition (lots 1 -11, Blk A & lots 1 -12,
Blk B) from R1 -AAA to R1 -A. Mr. Lait seconded. Vote unanimous.
Petition 79 -6, Rezone 600 W. Story Rd. from 1 -3 to C -3
Mr. Busch moved to recommend to Council to accept Petition 79 -6
as written. Mr. Hager seconded. Vote unanimous.
Petition 79 -7, Rezone Lakeview 2nd Addition
Mr. Sam Woodson was present to represent Starke Lake Baptist Church
in behalf of Petition 79 -7. Mr. Woodson stated that the church wants
the property rezoned for the purpose of building two houses on lots
35, 36, and 37.
Mr. Thomas moved to recommend to Council to accept Petition 79 -7 as
written to rezone Lakeview 2nd Addition (lots 35, 36 and 37) from
R1 -AAA to R1 -A. Mr. Busch seconded. Vote unanimous.

Meeting adjourned at 8:07 P.M.
