PETITION 80 -4 - SPECIAL EXCEPTION (Franklin & Lee Streets)
Madelyn Womack, owner of property briefed the audience and board members of the
Rodriquez's intentions of buying said property contingent upon it being approved
for the purpose of building a Spanish church.
There were five residents present in the audience. All were opposed to petition

3. Possible noise and nuisance.
4. Would like to see plans for structure to be built.
Mrs. Rodgriquez stated that there should be no problem of driveways being blocked
since the front of the church would face Franklin Street and they would have their
own parking facilties behind the church facing Lee Street.

given by property owners and due to future alignment of Silver Star Road. Mr. Rodgers
