BREEZE; MEMBERS BROOKLYN, COLELLA, LAHDE, SANDERS, THOMAS, YOUNT ABSENT: MAGILL, AHO CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order by Chairman Breeze at 7:30 PM in the Commission Chambers. 30 NOVEMBER 82 MINUTES CORRECTED AND APPROVED After hearing the reading of the minutes of the meeting held 30 Nov. 82, Chairman Breeze corrected the spelling of "280 lining spaces" to "280 living spaces" in paragraph 1 under title, "TEMPLE TOWER, ect." Mr. Brooklyn moved to approve minutes as corrected. Mr. Yount seconded and vote was unanimous in favor. ROYAL AMERICAN DEV. CORP. - REQUEST FOR ANNEXATION AND ZONING CHANGE OF 5 ACRES LOCATED NE CORNER OF PALM DR. /EAST CROWN POINT RD. - BILL HOLLAND Mr. Bill Holland representing Royal American Dev. Corp. gave a presentation for multi family dwellings to be put on 5 acres located on the NE corner of Palm Dr. and East Crown Point Rd. Mr. Brooklyn moved to recommend to commission approval of Royal American Dev. Corp. proposal. Mr. Lande seconded and vote was unanimous in favor. REQUEST ZONING CHANGE FROM C -2 TO I -2 NW CORNER PALM DR. AND 437 - IRA JOHNSON Mr. Ira Johnson requested a zoning change from C -2 to I -2 on 1 acre on the NW corner of Palm Dr. and 437. The Board informed Mr. Johnson they would not be in favor of rezoning the property to industrial and suggested Mr. Johnson request a variance of special exception with the Board of Adjustment.
