Mr. Sandeu was Lee and Mn. Smith was on vacation. CALL TO ORDER Mk. Breeze tatted the meeting to anden. at 7:45 p.m.. Mt. Breeze asked the Deputy ClenJz to 'Lead the minutes ob the Planning and Zoning meeting heed on May 8, 1984. At this point Mn. Brooklyn moved to accept the minutes as read and Mn. Lande seconded the motion. The vote was cannied unanimously. Mt. Breeze stated that Mn.. Gn.ibbin, Acting City Manage, asked to maize a statement pexrtain.ing to the meetings agenda. Mn. Gnibb.in stated that, under heading III New Business, item c, he wowed LLfze to deeete the -item and deben it to the next PLann.ing and Zoning meeting.
