SELECTION OF CHAIRMAN FOR PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION (P & Z Comm.) III. APPROVALS A. Minutes of March 11, 1986 Meeting (P & Z Comm.) IV. NEW BUSINESS A. Proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments - Public Hearings 1. Land Parcels TA & TB located north of Silver Star Rd. and east of Johio Shores Rd.. 2. Land parcel TC located north of State Road 50 east of Bluford Ave. 3. Land parcels TD & TE located north of Silver Star Rd. west of Clark Rd. extended. 4 1ww B. Certification of Proposed Amendments Planning & Zoning Commission to certify that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments are in compliance with Florida State Statute 163 and that the internal consistency of the 1979 Ocoee Comprehensive Plan, and particularly the Future Land Use Element, is preserved. C. Forward Proposed Plan Amendments to the State 1.) Board of City Commissioners to review the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments as forwarded and certified by,the Planning and Zoning Comm., 2.) to make findings of fact that a Public Hearing was held with due public notice, 3.) to direct staff to forward proposed amendments to State and 4.) to set the required Public Hearing dates for July 1 and July 15, 1986. D. Proposed Rezoning - Public Hearing - Frank Courtney A tract of land containing 63.447 acres located on the north side of Silver Star Rd. and west of Lake Stanley, requested change of zoning (permitted use) from RCE2(Orange County) to R1A- Single Family Resi- dential District(City of Ocoee). E. Preliminary Subdivision Plan Approval Professional Parkway Center located south of Old Winter Garden Road Extended and east of Maguire Road. V. COMMENTS A. City Manager D. Citizens /Public B.
