The board shall consist of no less than 15 members, no more than 25 members. They will serve three (3) year terms and membership is open to Ocoee residents, owners of real property in Ocoee, or owners of businesses located in Ocoee - per the CACOFD By -Laws. One (1) application was received by Ocoee resident James Spears, who has indicated and interest in serving on the CACOFD Board. Issue: Should James Spears be appointed to the CACOFD to serve a term ending November 2014? Recommendations: Staff respectfully recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners appoint James Spears to serve on the CACOFD Board for a term ending November 2014.
