The City was noticed that Glatting Jackson had been purchased by AECOM Technical Services Inc. As a result of the purchase, AECOM has been assigned all contracts that Glatting was currently working on at the time of purchase. Glatting has requested that the City assign its contracts for Glatting to AECOM. Issue: Approval of Assignment of Continuing Landscape Architectural Services and Planning Services Agreements to AECOM Technical Services Inc. Recommendations: Staff recommends that the City Commission approve the Assignment of Continuing Landscape Architectural Services and Planning Services to AECOM Technical Services, Inc. and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Assignment Form.
