VARIANCE REQUEST - Don Tyndall

showing the lot in question. Chairman Beatty gave Mr. Colburn a
short background discussion of the case since he was not present at
the last Board of Adjustment meeting. Mr. Rhodes questioned Mr.
Tyndall about the City Commissions decision since Mr. Tyndall had
,w appeared before them at their November 05, 1985 meeting. Mr. Tyndall
stated that the City Commission was waiting for a recommendation from
the Board of Adjustment. Mr. Tyndall asked the board for a variance
on all 4 items of nonconformity as stated in the City's letter dated
November 06, 1985 as follows:
1. The location does not allow for off - street customer parking.
2. The building covers more than 80% of the lot
3. A 50 foot buffer yard along Arterial Street (Kissimmee Ave.) is
required.
4. Vehicles can not be parked within the required 35 foot yard of
Story Road.
