Scott Vandergrift, Mayor of the City of Ocoee, do hereby proclaim the Month of May, 2013 as NATIONAL WATER SAFETY MONTH in the City of Ocoee, and urge all citizens to support and promote this observance. FURTHER, urge all citizens to learn to swim, never swim alone, follow posted rules around the pools and lakes, supervise children around water, and to always be water aware.
