Mayor Freeman called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and the meeting
was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Present were Comm.
Lyle, Hager, Stinnett and Whitehead; City Manager, Vignetti; City Attorney,
Rhodes; and City Clerk, Gann.

Comm. Whitehead moved to approve the minutes as presented, seconded Comm.
Hager. Unanimous.
26 FEBRUARY 80 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Comm. Hager moved to approve the minutes as presented, seconded Comm.
Whitehead. Unanimous.
26 FEBRUARY 80 ZONING BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Minutes of the Zoning Board meeting held 26 February 80 were read into
the record for information only.
INDIAN LAKES COMMITMENT AGREEMENT - APPROVAL OF SIGNING OF AGREEMENT BY
MA YOR AND DEVELOPER
Comm. Stinnett moved to approve the signing of the Commitment Agreement,
seconded Comm. Hager. Comm.. Stinnett, Hager & Whitehead voted yea. Comm.
Lyle voted nay. Motion carried.
COMMISSION ACTION ON ZONING BOARDS RECOMMENDATION REGARDING PETITION #80-2 -
ZONING CHANGE FROM R1AA TO P.S.(PROFESSIONAL SERVICES)
Comm. Lyle moved to table and directed the City Manager to invite the
Petitioner of Petition #80 -2 to the next council meeting, seconded Comm.
Stinnett. Unanimous.
ORANGE COUNTY'S FIVE YEAR ROAD PROGRAM- UPDATE PRIORITIES
Council agreed to submit the following to the County:
1. Bowness Road
2. Marshall Farms Road
3. From intersection of SR50 & SR439 to SR437.
4. Wurst Road from the west city limits of Ocoee to the east
city limits.
REPORTS /INFORMATION /CITY MANAGER /MAYO /COMMISSIONERS
City Manager reported the following:
Boat Regatta to be held 8th & 9th March.
Presidential Preference Primary Election 11 March.
Public Service Commission Meeting, West Orlando Utilities sewerage
rates 9:30, 9 April 80 in the State office building.

City Manager recommended raising Walter Dodd, Water Technician, who
recently received his Class "C" license an additional $500. per year
effective 1 March 80. Comm. Lyle moved to approve the recommendation,
seconded Comm. Hager. Unanimous.
Comm. Hager stated that the Mayor and Commissioners were invited to
ride in the Little League parade to be held 8 March.
Comm. Lyle stated he have received several complaints about a citizen
that is living on the corner of Hill Ave. and Center Street running
heavy equipment in the residential neighborhood. City Manager will take
care of this matter..
