Mayor Freeman called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the meeting was
opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Present were Comm. Lyle,
Hager, Whitehead and Stinnett; City Manager, Vignetti; City Attorney,
Rhodes and City Clerk, Gann.
City Manager re- capped the total tax revenues for FY 80181
RESOLUTION ADOPTING MILLAGE RATE OF 3.593 MILLS PER .$1,000 OF ASSESSED
PROPERTY VALUE FOR FY 80181
Mayor Freeman requested that the City Manager read the Resolution in its
entirety. City Manager read the resolution in its entirety. There were no
comments from council or the audience. Comm. Whitehead moved to adopt
the Resolution, seconded Comm. Hager. Unanimous.
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR FY 80181
Mayor Freeman requested that the City Manager read the entire Resolution.
City Manager read the resolution in its entirety. There were no
comments from the audience or the council. Comm. Stinnett moved to adopt
the resolution, seconded Comm. Whitehead. Unanimous.
