Background Summary:
Members of the Citizen Advisory Council for Ocoee Police Department serve three-year terms. The Resolution
creating the Board allows no more than fifteen (15)members. Currently, the Board has ten (10) members and no
applications on file.
An application has been received by Braundon Vines, who has shown an interest in being appointed to the
Citizen Advisory Council for Ocoee Police Department for a term ending January 2018.

Should the honorable Mayor and City Commission appoint Braundon Vines to the Citizen Advisory Council for
Ocoee Police Department with a term ending January 2018?
Recommendations
Staff respectfully recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners appoint Member Braundon
Vines to serve on the Citizen Advisory Council for Ocoee Police Department for a three-year term ending
January 2018.
