Please prepare an agenda and advise the Commission that I have
called a special session for the Board of City Commissioners to
meet on Tuesday, September 25, 1990 at 7:00 a.m. in the city hall
conference room for the purpose of reviewing and approving the
minutes of the following meetings:
1} budget workshops held August 15 and August 16,
2) the special session held August 30 for the purpose of awarding
the Transportation Refunding and Revenue Improvement Bonds, Series
1990,
3) the special session held September 4 to adopt the tentative
millage rate and tentative budget, and
4) the special session held September 12 to adopt the final
millage rate and final budget.

Please be advised that Mayor Dabbs has called a special session
for the Board of City Commissioners to meet on Tuesday, September
25, 1990 at 7:00 a.m. in the city hall conference room for the
purpose of reviewing and approving minutes of workshops and
special sessions relating to the adoption of the budget and the
special session relating to the awarding of the Transportation
