declared present.

this meeting will be made at the June 18 meeting.
CONSENT AGElfDA
The proposed consent agenda consists of items A, B, C, D, E, F, and G.
Commissioner Woodson pulled item A and said that he felt that the minutes did
not cover all of what was said as the details were omitted and he felt that his
portion of the discussion was not adequately recorded. Both City Manager Shapiro
and Mayor Dabbs said that the minutes were not verbatim but rather a record of
the tenor of the matter, and that the clerk's duty was to record the issue, who
spoke, and the vote. City Attorney Rosenthal suggested that Commissioner Woodson
should present a summary as he would prefer to have the minutes read and he
recommended deferring amending the minutes until next meeting so that an
acceptable paragraph could be worked out. Commissioner Woodson withdrew his
objection.
