A. Acceptance 'and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of
January 7, 1992 and Solid Waste Work Session of January 7, 1992.
B. Acceptance and Appointment of Mrs. Joyce M. Oliver to serve as the
fifth member of the General Employee's Pension Board.
C. Approval and Authorization to Pay Pension Fund Coverage for
Elimination of Recourse for Elected and Appointed Pension Board
Members.
D. Acceptance and Approval of Transfer of $2,900 from the Non-Profit
Organization Fund to the Educational Incentive Program.
E. Approval and. Authorization to Execute Work Order No.3 to Yeilding
& Provost for the Third Phase of the Withers-Maguire House Restoration
Project in the Amount of $8.900 with an Additional Reimbursable Cost
not to Exceed $100.
