III. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Ocoee City Commission and will be
acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of
the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and
such item will be considered separately.
A. Approval and Acceptance of Minutes of (1) City Commission Regular Meeting of May 4,
1999, (2) Work Sessions of May 3, 1999 and (3) May 11, 1999. (CITY CLERK GRAFTON)
B. Approval and Acceptance of Staff Recommendation to Reject the Proposal Submitted by
Insulgard Corporation for RFP #99-003, Utility Counter Renovations, Installation of Bullet-
Resistant Security Materials. (BUYER JOYCE MERIDITH TOLBERT)
. This was the only response received and bid was higher than funds available and did not meet specifications of
bid.
