ALL MATTERS LISTED UNDER THE CONSENT AGENDA ARE CONSIDERED TO BE ROUTINE BY THE BOARD OF CITY
COMMISSIONERS AND WILL BE ACTED UPON BY ONE MOATION. THERE WILL BE NO SEPARATE DISCUSSION OF THESE ITEMS
UNLESS DISCUSSION IS DESIRED BY A MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION, IN WHICH CASE THE MAYOR WILL INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO REMOVE THAT ITEM FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA AND SUCH ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED SEPARATELY.
A. Approval and Acceptance of Minutes of City Commission Regular Meeting of
June 15, 1999 and Work Session of June 14, 1999. (CITY CLERK GRAFTON)
B. Appointment of Mayor Vandergrift to the West Orange Airport Authority as
Ocoee's Representative. (CITY MANAGER SHAPIRO)
· The signing of the enabling legislation by Governor Bush formally establishing the West Orange
Airport Authority necessitates the appointment of one representative for Ocoee and the Authority
recommends that Commission appoint Mayor Vandergrift.
C. Approval and Authorization for Use of Forfeiture Funds for Purchase of Bicycle
Safety Helmets for Ocoee Children in not to exceed amount of $2400. (CHIEF
MARK)
· The helmets would be presented to children enrolled in Spring Lake Elementary, Ocoee
Elementary and Ocoee Middle Schools in a combined effort by the Rotary Club and the Ocoee Police
Department.

D. Approval and Authorization for Use of Forfeiture Funds to Purchase Mobile
Traffic Monitor from Traffic Products, Inc. for not to exceed amount of
$7,820. (CHIEF MARK)
. This price is for the demo unit which has been used effectively since March, 1999.
E. Approval and Authorization to Grant Request for Fee Waivers for Ocoee Church
of the Nazarene Related to Annexation, PUD Rezoning, and Site Plan
Application Fees. (PLANNING DIRECTOR WAGNER)
· As a non-profit, religious organization, Ocoee Church of the Nazarene is requesting waivers
from the standard annexation, rezoning, and site plan review fees.
