The Resolution creating the Board allows no more than fifteen (15) members. Currently, the Board has ten (10) members. An application has been received by Warren A. Lewis who is a resident of District 1, and has shown an interest in being appointed to the CACOPD for a term ending January 2020. Issue: Should the Honorable Mayor and Commissioners appoint Warren A. Lewis to the CACOPD to serve a three- year term ending January 2020? Recommendations: Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners consider appointing Warren A. Lewis to serve a three-year term on the CACOPD ending January 2020.
