Discussion on Code Enforcement Cases and Procedures
Building Official Phelps commended the Code Enforcement Board for the actions they have
taken to bring compliance to the City of Ocoee.
Mr. Phelps stated his department will be clearing up old Code Enforcement Cases and Code
Enforcement will not be as quick to file property liens in the future in cases that look like they
may come into compliance but in the future costs associated with the cases will be included
with the fines. Discussion ensued.
