The Board discussed several options such as the city mowing the lot, or advertising, or citing the acting guardian. Ms. Braddy stated advertising would not be a good idea since it wasn't a matter of not knowing where the owner was. She also stated that the City Attorney was reviewing situations on what action the City could take in cases where the owner can't be contacted etc. Attorney Cool stated to wait and see what action the City Attorney took and then pursue the above case.
