PRELIMINARY AND FINAL ENGINEERING SUBDIVISION PLANS
ISSUE
Should the City Commission approve the Preliminary and Final
Engineering Subdivision Plans for Amber Ridge Subdivision?
BACKGROUND
Amber Ridge Subdivision is a 42 . 78 +\- acre tract, containing 138
Single Family Residential lots . The proposed development is
located on the southeast corner of Ocoee-Clarcona Road and Adair
Street . Zoning on this property is R-1 , Single Family Dwelling
Districts. "Affordable" Single-Family Housing in the $65,000 to
$74,000 range is envisioned.
DISCUSSION
The Preliminary and Final Engineering Subdivision Plans for this
proposed subdivision were reviewed by the Development Review
Committee Members and approved unanimously on June 6, 1991. There
are no outstanding issues .
PLANNING AND ZONING RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval (5-
0) of this development on June 11, 1991 .
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The Staff recommends that The Honorable Mayor and Board of City
Commissioners approve the Preliminary and Final Engineering
Subdivision Plans for Amber Ridge.
