Box 770522 Winter Garden, Florida 34777 Re: Promotional Folder Presentation Dear Pat: As several of our Commissioners will be out of town the first week of April , Mayor Dabbs has formally canceled the meeting scheduled for April 2. Therefore, the presentation on the promotional folder by Jerry Baker and Bud Brunker has been moved to the next regularly scheduled meeting which is April 16 . I hope this does not cause a problem with their schedules , I know they are both very busy people. So that they can plan, please advise them both that our meetings start at 7 : 30 p.m. and this will very likely be one of the first items on the agenda. We look forward to hearing about this new project.
