CALL TO ORDER - MAYOR DABBS A. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance B. Roll Call and Determination of Quorum II. PRESENTATIONS AND PROCLAMATIONS A. Proclamation: United Nations Day - October 24, 1992. B. Request for Donation to West Orange Band for the Macy Parade - Mr. Brown and a Student. C. Golf Course Update - Mr. Ken Ezell. III. CONSENT AGENDA . All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately. A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of October 6, 1992. B. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Traffic Signal Service Agreement with Orange County to Replace the Agreement Approved June 16, 1992. C. Approval to Extend Appointment of Ms. Tanya Miller as General • Employee Pension Board Trustee to September 1994. IV. COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS/PUBLIC V. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None VI. OTHER BUSINESS A. City Hall and Police Department Capital Improvement Project. 1. Continuation of Update - Costs for Alternate Site Schematic Design 2. Possible Relocation of City Hall Functions 3. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute a. Work Order No. 3 for C.T. Hsu and Associates. b. Work Order No. 4 for C.T. Hsu and Associates. VII. STAFF .REPORTS IX.
