Mr. Lewis has indicated that he is willing to serve another term should you wish to reappoint him. There is no application on file for Mr. Lewis. 2) For several months the appointments for alternate members on the Planning and Zoning Commission and Code Enforcement Board have appeared on the agenda and have been tabled due to a lack of applications. Mr. Mark Slaby was appointed as alternate to Code Enforcement Board October 1992 and moved to regular seat in July 1993. Mr. Slaby has written that he would be willing to step down from that position should you wish to appoint him to the Planning and Zoning Commission instead. His letter and application are attached. Mr. Dan Draia submitted his application last week indicating an interest in both of these boards. His application is included for your consideration also.
