ISSUE
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve
the Final Plat for Wesmere, Village 5 (Pelican Isle) ?
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Pelican Isle is a 27.5 acre village with 26 lots. The minimum lot
width for this village is 60 feet.
Site improvements have been installed and accepted and a
Certificate of Completion is in the process of being finalized.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff respectfully requests that the Honorable Mayor and Board of
City Commissioners approve the Final Plat for Wesmere, Village 5
(Pelican Isle) .
