III. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the
Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will
be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member
of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to
remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered
separately.
A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting
of May 4, 1993, Workshop and Special Session for City Manager
Shapiro's Contract of December 17, 1992.
B. Approval and Authorization to Transfer from Contingency to Planning
Department for Temporary Help.
C. Approval and Authorization to Close City Hall Friday, June 18, 1993 at
12 Noon.
D. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute the
Johio Meadows Final Subdivision Plans.
E. Approval of Request by Developer of Spring Lake Subdivision for
extension of Final Engineering Plans.

A. Appointments to Boards. - (continued from May 4, 1993)
1. Board of Adjustment - 2 alternates for 3 year terms to replace
Tanya Miller and John Resnik who were moved up to regular
member status at the last meeting.
2. Code Enforcement Board - Madeline Shagner, Philip Rowe - 3
year terms expire June 1993.
3. Planning and Zoning Commission - Tanya Miller - 3 year term
expires June 1993.
B. Discussion re: Yard Waste at Sawmill.
C. Discussion re: West Orange Jaycees Public Seating Program
