SUBJECT: ALBERTSON'S SHOPPING CENTER - FINAL PLAT
ISSUE
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve
the Final Plat for Albertson's Shopping Center?
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The Albertson's Plat contains four (4) lots, two of which will
comprise the area where the main building will be located and two
of which are outparcels. Final Engineering Plans for the entire
site were approved at the April 20, 1993 City Commission meeting.
The City is in the process of issuing a Final Certificate of
Concurrency for the project.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the Honorable Mayor and Board
of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat for Albertson's
Shopping Center.
