BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION Temple Grove Estates, Phase IB, contains 32 lots on 10. 3 acres. The site improvements have been installed by the developer and accepted by the City. Temple Grove Estates Final Engineering Plans were approved in October 1989 and the project received a vested rights certificate in November 1992. RECOMMENDATION It is respectfully recommended that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat for Temple Grove Estates, Phase IB.
