CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately. A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting held July 19, 1994. B. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Quit Claim Deed for a portion of Ocoee Industrial Park. C. Approval and Authorization to award Pahn Drive Park Grading Proposal. • D. Approval and Authorization to Execute State Grant Award Agreement for the Withers-Maguire House. IV. COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS/PUBLIC V. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Resolution No. 94-15, abandoning and vacating a certain sixty foot ingress/egress easement in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 22 South, Range 28 East - Maguire Road Corporation/Cross Creek Development Company. VI. OTHER BUSINESS A. Third Quarterly Finance Report. B. Annual Budget Message for FY 94-95. C. Discussion re: City Manager Contract. D. Consideration of Purchase of 350 KW Generator for Municipal Complex. Ocoee City Commission Regular Meeting August 2, 1994 E. Appointment to Board - PD Citizens Advisory Council. 1.
