Roper Parkway was purportedly conveyed to the City by Yusuf Mohamad Excavation, Inc. Though recorded, this parcel was not the property of Mohamad Excavation thus making the conveyance to the City a moot point. This Quit Claim Deed is to remove any questions regarding the City's responsibilities to this property. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Quit Claim Deed as submitted. Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida 34761 (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor") to AMSOUTH BANK OF FLORIDA, successor by merger to Orange Bank, a Florida corporation, whose post office address is 65 N.
