III. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the
Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will
be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member
of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to
remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered
separately.

of November 16, 1993.
B. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute
Developer Agreement for Water Service - Silvestri Investments of
Florida, Inc.
C. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute
Developer Agreement for Sewer Service - Silvestri Investments of
Florida, Inc.
D. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Third

E. Approval and Acceptance of Cross Creek, Phase I, Final Subdivision

to Allstate Paving, Inc. of Bid B94-001, for Roadway Entrance
Construction (Sorenson Field) in the Amount of$21,735.
