Award in Recognition - Commissioner Sam Woodson. B. Request for Support for West Orange High School Cheerleaders - Keirsten Andrews. III. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately. A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of November 16, 1993. B. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Developer Agreement for Water Service - Silvestri Investments of Florida, Inc. C. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Developer Agreement for Sewer Service - Silvestri Investments of Florida, Inc. D. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Third Developer Agreement-Plantation Grove PUD - Cross Creek (Pizzuti). E. Approval and Acceptance of Cross Creek, Phase I, Final Subdivision Plans (Pizzuti) (Single Family Portion of Plantation Grove PUD-East) F. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Award to Orlando Paving for Budgeted Street Resurfacing in the Amount of $22,802.04. I. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Award to Allstate Paving, Inc. of Bid B94-001, for Roadway Entrance Construction (Sorenson Field) in the Amount of$21,735. IV. COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS/PUBLIC V. PUBLIC HEARINGS - Second Readings and Public Hearings of Ordinances. A. Ordinance No. 93-20, adopting a City of Ocoee Travel Policy. B. Ordinance No. 93-21, relating to the Management and Collection of Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials, Amending Chapter 143 of the Code of Ordinances. VI. OTHER BUSINESS A. Short List of Geotechnical Engineering and Testing Services. 1. Universal Engineering Services. 2. Professional Services Industries, Inc./Jammal & Associates Division. 3. LJ Nordarse & Associates, Inc. B. Selection of Non-Profit Organization Funding. C. Approval of Purchase of Nine (9) Pursuit Vehicles (5 Patrol Cars; 3 Unmarked Cars; 1 Fire Chief Car) from Ford with Leasing through Ford Motor Credit Company. 1. Resolution 93-16, relating to the Purchase of Nine Pursuit Vehicles. 2. Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Necessary Papers for said purchase. D. Appointments to Boards. 1. Police Department Advisory Council (3 Year Terms). John Babb - Resigned, Term expires December 1993 Robert Chedwick - Resigned - Term expires April 1995. 2. Board of Adjustment. (Tabled from November 16) James Gleason Resigned - 3 Year Term Expires May 1996. 3. Recreation Advisory Board. (Tabled from November 16) Catherine Hunt Resigned - 2 Year Term Expires October 1994. 4. Citizens Advisory Committee of the Orlando Area Transportation Study (Tabled from November 16) Jim Gleason Resigned. 2 Ocoee City Commission Regular Meeting December 7, 1993 5.
