BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION Weston Park Subdivision is a 72 lot single family residential subdivision located off Johio Shores Road north of Silver Star Road. It has received Final Engineering approval and site improvements have been accepted by the City. The City Attorney's office (Foley & Lardner) has indicated that as of October 28, 1993 the applicant has not provided a certified copy of the executed Articles of Incorporation of Weston Park Homeowners' Association, Inc. (the Secretary of State has indicated that their records do not yet reflect filing of such Articles). RECOMMENDATION At the request of the City Attorney, staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat under conditions that the plat not be recorded until a certified copy of the executed Articles of Incorporation of Weston Park Homeowners' Association, Inc. has been received by the City Attorney's office.
