CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately. A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of October 5, 1993. 1993. B. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Roberts Rise/Amendment to Agreement Regarding Removal of Boat Dock. C. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Heller Bros./Extension of the West End Professional Park Development Agreement until May 12, 1994. D. Approval and Authorization for United Methodist Church to Close Portion of Floral Street for Fall Festival on November 6, 1993. E. Approval and Acceptance re: Subdivision Plans for Plantation Grove PUD (Single Family Pizzuti) - Extension of Deadline for Dedication of Rights-of-Way for Maguire and Moore Roads. F. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Development Agreement for Water Service-Cross Creek Development Company. G.
